If a man’s home is his castle, then Vladimir is home. Built by his great-grandfather, Castle Halál stands atop a granite outcrop that provides the residence with a grand vista of the Danube River.
While Vlad keeps to himself most of the time, there is one time of year he can’t help myself. Halloween.
Like a kid in a candy shop, Vlad goes all out. New skeletons are brought up from the dungeon, and of course, a Halloween party would only be complete with a fresh corpse hanging in the courtyard.
Invitations are sent to all fashionable people in early September to ensure attendance. Finally, Frau Blücher’s famous Ravenclaw punch accompanies her snake and spider pastries for a party snack to die for.
Castle Halál is the place to be seen on Halloween. So, if you’re in Transylvania on the thirty-first of October, why not drop by for a quick bite? Vlad would love it.
