“All is well, all is well, all is well,” chanted Ms Root one afternoon in the garden of delights. She had come to deal with a problem concerning a friend.
“I must stop him from being so negative. He’s so dark every day, and frankly, I am sick of the whole thing,” said Ms. Root on the way to the garden.
Finding her thinking spot, the tuber thought long and hard. When she had come up with a solution, she chanted and sent positive energy to her friend’s aura.
“Spit, spat all done; it’s time for tea and cakes,” said Mrs. Root as she marched off with renewed enthusiasm for tackling her friend’s dilemma.
When she arrived home, her friend Gerald was standing outside her door. “I must talk to you. It’s urgent,” said her friend. The two went in and placed the kettle on the fire.
“Unless we can solve this, we are all in danger. Chaos will rain down upon the community,” said Gerald. Ms. Root smiled and waited for her friend to finish.
She took a deep breath and explained what her morning meditation had brought her. “You see, my good man, it does not matter which end you eat your egg from. The point is, do you enjoy it while you’re eating it,” said his friend with authority.
“Good heavens, I believe you are correct. I have focused on the beginning when I should have considered the end. Thank you, dear lady,” said Gerald as he rushed out the door to spread the news that a solution had been discovered.
“Sometimes men have the strangest obsessions; it is best to provide them the most sensible solution so we can all get back to the important aspects of life. Now, where’s that teapot?” exclaimed Ms. Root.
